I love chocolate. I eat it almost every day. If I can manage to abstain for more than two consecutive days, however, my desire for cocoa starts to wane. But the more chocolate I have, the more chocolate I want.

First, we talked to Calgary-based sexologist Trina Read. "Most people have very limiting sex positions—three at the most," she says. So, to encourage women to change it up in the bedroom, Read has provided four new moves.
