Wide squat with kick back

You'll see results in Glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings. "Adding the kick back is a great way to lift your butt," says Nahas.

How-to Stand with your legs just wider than shoulder-width apart, feet slightly turned out and your hands on your hips.
