Most of us suffer from the “instant gratification” mindset when we start using a new product – wanting to see the results promised within just days of use. This is an exfoliating cream that uses glycolic acids (AHAs) to help skin return to its pre-winter glory days and beyond. AHAs work by loosening the glue-like substance that binds skin cells together, removing dead skin cells in a more even way than manual scrubs do, leaving skin smooth and renewed.
For three nights before bed, I popped a little of this cream on my elbows, and by day four I had some seriously soft skin going on. Trust me, this was no easy feat. I was so impressed I was doing a “go on, touch me!” personal space invasion in the office. Luckily, my colleagues at More aren’t easily scared off.
I recommend snatching up a pot of this stuff for feet, knees and elbows that need a refresh as the warmer weather rolls in, but you can also use it to help prevent ingrown hairs on the legs and fight keratosis pilaris on the backs of arms.
