The chatter around me at the office is what we’re going to be doing to get in shape in January. A couple gals have enrolled in a boot-camp style fitness program. I’m going to continue walking (one hour and fifteen minutes, three times a week) and maybe I’ll add yoga to my regimen–I can’t commit to anything more strenuous than that because January is my no-cardio month…I get a bad case of the “lazies” every new year.
